Skyguard Commercial Services is a leader in the commercial roofing and exterior façade business in the
Tri-State area working with Top 100 GCs on Commercial & Industrial projects. The company focuses on
the trades of single ply membrane (TPO, PVC, COATINGS, EPDM) and metal roofing systems, to include
all water drainage systems & siding systems (fiber cement, composite, ACM and metal panel ). Skyguard
is recruiting for the position of Commercial SIDING CUT MAN, we are looking for the right candidate who
is knowledgeable, intelligent, and hard working to join our strong team environment; the right candidate
should fulfill the following requirements:
● Spanish is a MUST, some English is helpful
● 2-5 years of verifiable commercial SIDING or CARPENTRY experience – you must know how to use a
tape measure and power tools.

● Be able to follow the directions of the Installer and make fast, accurate cuts of materials
● Oversee that workmanship conforms to plans, manufacturer specifications, and meets the highest
standards
● Supervise the maintenance, use and storage of company equipment
● Be excellent at LEADING BY EXAMPLE

Compensation:
● $17.00 – $21.00 per hour to start, based on experience
● Paid time off
License/Certification:
● Lull operators card (we will train if you don’t have it)
