Skyguard Commercial Services is a leader in the commercial roofing and exterior façade business in the
Tri-State area working with Top 100 GCs on Commercial & Industrial projects. The company focuses on
the trades of single ply membrane (TPO, PVC, COATINGS, EPDM) and metal roofing systems, to include
all water drainage systems & siding systems (fiber cement, composite, ACM and metal panel ). Skyguard
is recruiting for the position of SIDING LEAD FOREMAN, we are looking for the right candidate who is
knowledgeable, intelligent, and hard working to join our strong team environment; the right candidate
should fulfill the following requirements:
● Bilingual – Spanish is a MUST
● 3-7 years of verifiable commercial siding experience as a FOREMAN – carpentry, fiber cement,
Nichiha, Ceraclad, vinyl, metal
● Be Team Focused
● Assist on the evaluation, training, and promotion of workforce
● Ability to use computer, apps, email and produce daily reports
● Be able to operate loading and lift equipment – INCLUDING RIGGING
● Be able to read blueprints & drawing details
● Be able to supervise company employees and subcontractors
● Be able to stay organized and handle large volumes of work
● Be able to properly manage Safety, (OSHA 30 training will be given by company)
● Work closely with Superintendent and Project Managers on materials scheduling
● Oversee that workmanship conforms to plans, manufacturer specifications, and meets the highest
standards
● Ensure projects are completed on time
● Inspect and monitor projects to ensure that safety, codes and regulations are followed
● Supervise the maintenance, use and storage of company equipment
● Be excellent at LEADING BY EXAMPLE – YOU WILL BE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE MEN
Requirements:
● Valid driver’s license (US or International) and clean driving record
● Clean drug screen
● Verifiable References
Compensation:
● $23.00 – $26.00 per hour to start, based on experience

● Clean Driver’s License (Required)
● OSHA 30 (we will train if you don’t have it)
● Lull operators card (we will train if you don’t have it)
● Crane riggers certification (we will train if you don’t have it)
